STAFF TEAM
Dr. Dave DeVries
Dave was born in Southern California (Northridge) and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He and his wife now live in Bellevue, WA – about 11 miles from where the Seahawks play. In their free time, they enjoy reading, traveling, gardening, and drinking coffee! If Dave could go anywhere in the world, he’d love to go back to Italy and to visit Greece for the first time.
Rev. Mike Somers
Mike was born and grew up in La Crescenta, CA, and now lives in Camarillo, CA. He enjoys traveling with his wife, Jane, golfing, reading long novels, and learning to play the cello. If he could go anywhere in the world, it would be to Burundi, Africa, to continue the work of helping pastors fulfill their vision of healthy churches.
Rev. Toby Lazo
Pastor Toby was born in El Salvador and came to the US when he was 17 years old. He is married to Rosa and they have three children. In 2004, Pastor Toby started Ministerio Casa de Dios in Burbank, CA. In 2006, he began his role with Vinia. And he has been involved with the Keystone Project since 2008.
Rev. Rick Dunn
Rick grew up in Montclair, CA, outside of Los Angeles, and he now lives in Point Loma, CA. In his free time, he enjoys bicycling, collecting classic cars, cooking, gardening, and reading good books. If he could go anywhere in the world, it would be New Zealand.
Rev. Phil Graf
Phil grew up in New York – The Stony Brook School – and now lives in Oxnard, CA. He enjoys playing sports in his free time… when his aging body allows him to. If he could go anywhere in the world he would either travel to New Zealand for the first time or return to Cinque Terre, Italy.
Dr. Doug Posey
Doug was born in Dearborn, Michigan, but feels like a California native, having lived there from the age of 2. He now lives in Thousand Oaks, CA. In his free time, he enjoys dining, traveling, shopping with his wife Wendi, working out, and listening to Audible books and podcasts. When he asked Wendi where she would like to go if given the chance, she said, “Alaskan cruise.” Okay.
Rachael Martinez
A Seattle native, Rachael lived in both Ukraine and Argentina before returning to Seattle with her husband. She enjoys walking through outdoor markets anywhere in the world, exploring new places, getting to know people from difference cultures, and can’t say no to a good cup of coffee – even better if enjoyed with good company! She would either return to Europe or get to know Central Asia if given the chance.
