Vinia is a family of churches and ministers on mission together, where we belong, grow, and serve one another. We do this by developing healthy, multiplying leaders, churches, and organizations.

Leadership is deeply personal, but it was never meant to happen in isolation. Vinia brings leaders together in authentic relationships where they can be known, encouraged, challenged, and equipped to become who God is calling them to be. Because who we are shapes how we lead. Dr. Dave DeVries
Executive Director
Dave grew up in Southern California and has spent his life serving leaders and churches. He and his wife enjoy reading, traveling, gardening, and drinking coffee.
Kyle Evans
Director of Church Strengthening
Kyle works alongside churches and leaders to strengthen their health and effectiveness. A Washington native and former missionary kid, he loves skiing, biking, lake life, and exploring new places with his family.
Amy Jackson
Director of Events & Engagement
Amy creates opportunities for leaders to connect, learn, and grow together. A longtime San Fernando Valley resident, she enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and time with her family, especially her granddaughter.
Rev. Rick Dunn
Director of Church Planting
Rick helps leaders and churches pursue new opportunities for kingdom growth through church planting. He enjoys bicycling, classic cars, cooking, gardening, and good books, and would love to visit New Zealand.
Dr. Doug Posey
Director of Credentialing
Doug serves leaders through Vinia's credentialing process, bringing years of ministry and denominational experience to his work. He enjoys traveling, dining, working out, and spending time with his wife, Wendi.
Sandi Balli
Director of Coaching and Empowerment
Sandi is passionate about helping leaders grow through coaching, ministry, and personal development. A pastor, mother, and grandmother, she also loves horses, missions, adventure, and time with family.
Rev. Mike Somers
Leader Empowerment Consultant
Mike comes alongside pastors and leaders to help them pursue healthy churches and fulfill their vision for ministry. He enjoys traveling with his wife, golfing, reading, and learning to play the cello.
Rev. Toby Lazo
Director of Hispanic Ministries & Multiplication
Toby leads Vinia's Hispanic ministries and helps equip churches and leaders for multiplication. Originally from El Salvador, Toby enjoys preaching, teaching, gardening, and tackling projects around the house.
Tim Kanter
Special Projects Coordinator
Tim helps move special projects and initiatives forward across Vinia. A Southern California native, he enjoys backpacking, movies, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Zackary Roleder
Administrator
Zack helps keep the day-to-day operations of Vinia running smoothly. A Ventura County native, he enjoys reading, puzzles, being on the water, and exploring the mountains with his family.
Dawn Neldon
Director of Marketing and Communications
Dawn helps tell Vinia's story and connect leaders with the people, resources, and opportunities available through Vinia. A San Diego native, she enjoys reading, traveling, design, and time with friends and family.
Jamie Brown
Executive Assistant
Jamie supports the Vinia team and helps keep things moving behind the scenes. Originally from New York and now living in Toronto, she enjoys family gatherings, writing fiction, creative projects, and the occasional spa day.

Dr. Dave DeVries
Chairman & Executive Director
Dave provides leadership for both Vinia's staff and Mission Advancement Team, bringing decades of ministry and leadership experience to the organization. He values the relationships, shared vision, and opportunity to encourage pastors and churches through MAT.
Rev. Conrad Wozniak
Vice Chairman
Conrad is passionate about coming alongside leaders and supporting their journeys as they pursue God's calling. He enjoys running, surfing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and three sons.
Randy VanderMey
Secretary
Randy brings a heart for healthy churches and faithful leadership to MAT. He lives in Santa Barbara and enjoys golf, photography, writing poetry, and celebrating time with his family and seven grandchildren.
Juan Anaya
Juan brings a heart for people, family, and the local church to MAT. He values the wisdom that comes from serving alongside other men and women of God and seeing decisions made that impact the Kingdom.
Rev. Doug Colby
Doug is passionate about serving pastors and churches and supporting them in their ministry. A longtime Southern California resident, he enjoys surfing and spending time with his wife and family.
Rev. Louis DeLuca
Louis brings a passion for casting vision and inspiring others to participate in God's mission. He and his family enjoy traveling, water sports, camping, art, and time together outdoors.
Keri Loughlin
Keri is passionate about health, wellness, wholeness, and helping others discover God's plans for their lives. She values the encouragement, wisdom, and community that come from serving together through MAT.
Tom Somers
Tom brings a heart for serving the Lord alongside other leaders united by a common purpose. He enjoys traveling, snorkeling, and spending time with his wife, children, and three grandchildren.

Worship Leader – Thousand Oaks, CA
Living Oaks Church is seeking a Worship Leader who will magnify the greatness of God by skillfully combining God’s word with music in order to motivate the gathered church to proclaim the Gospel, to cherish God’s presence, and to live for God’s glory. This individual will help plan and lead Sunday morning worship services including the order of service, song selection, band formation, and other elements, engaging and equipping the body to use their God-given gifts in the Worship Ministry.
